Great card, I love the idea. However, I believe that this card is really underpowered when compared to arctic squid.
Underpowered? Whoa, that's a new one. Sir Valimont, what do you have to say to this?
I'm just saying: arctic octopus/squid has more spammability, longer freeze times, and doesn't have to be frozen again after using its ability a few times.

An ice golem's freezing ability is massively underpowered compared to a squid.

To keep 4 creatures frozen infinitely, it takes one squid (3 :water casting cost) and 12 :water ability cost.

With ice golems, it would take four ice golems (20 :water casting cost) and 24 :water ability cost.

It does make up for its weak freezing ability in survivability and damage, but it is certainly not overpowered. Just versatile.

Well I don't see how this view makes sense. Blue Crawler already is only a 3/3 creature for a cost of 3 Water Quanta and Water Golem for just 1 more Quanta is much, much more powerful with 3/6, PLUS all these extra abilities. If you made a 3/6 creature with no abilities at all, 4 Water Quanta would be a fair price. Since Blue Crawler is normally powered compared to most small-to-medium creatures in most elements, I think this card is overpowered if anything.

Valimont, I agree, because, theoratically, It can't die, it keeps on turning to water and ice golems back and forth.

This is a good point however it doesn't take everything into account.

Water Golem is a 3|6 for 4 :water until more  :water is invested in the form of the freeze spell/ability
PhantomFox's estimation of the balanced cost would be 3 [Attack] + 1 [HP>5]= 4 :water

If Freeze [1 :water upped] is used on a Water Golem then it is the same price as Ice Golem is now [5 :water]
Ice Golem is a 6|3 for 5 :water with 3 uses of Freeze before creating another Water Golem
Ice Golem is worth a Water Golem + increase in stats+skill value-2[upgraded bonus]

Water Golem is worth 4 :water
Increase in stats =2 (3[Attack]+1[HP>5]=4-->6[Attack]+0[6>HP>0]=6)
Skill Value=1 (Arctic Squid's freeze is worth 2 :water, This is a limited freeze[3 uses each] so at most it is worth +1)

Ice Golem is worth a Water Golem + increase in stats+skill value=4+2+1-2=5 :water

Both of these cards check out mathematically assuming PhantomFox's deductions are valid (highly probable) and that my further estimations are valid (less probable but still probable).

You can only keep the Golem alive indefinitely if you constantly freeze it. This is similar to Phoenix: as long as you keep reviving it, it won't die. You have to kill the Water Golem to truly kill it.

Valimont, Blue Crawler is underpowered IMO.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Honestly, I feel it is way overpowered.  Has too much of a phoenix feel to it, and the high attack of the Ice Golem just makes it feel like fire in general as well.  The real problem with it being overpowered is that once you get a few Ice Golems out, they are nearly unstoppable, being that all you have to do is have one of them refreeze the new Water Golem.  On the side, I do like how it could give a good synergy with Immolation.  Also I assume that Ice Shield turns Water Golem into Ice Golem when frozen; but what about Ice Golem, does it freeze just as any other creature would?

Hmmm I would like to make a fun fire water duo with this. Unupped has 6 health so I can rage potion it. Deflag, rage, congeal, and a shield with 6 golems sounds fun. CC and perm control with cards that wont die... YAY! Never ending swarm!
If this card is added I will join team water if I can in the next war just to use this card in good PvP battles.... so much CC.....
Oh i forgot it has a CC skill too. :P
Immolation..... hmmmmmm
