Wow, really like this idea; anything that makes Frogs gets an A+ in my book :)

One thing, if you're submitting this to the Crucible you'll probably want to change the Tadpole's name from Amethyst Cannon in the table.

Is the multiplication ability passive?

I am wondering what will happen now that mitosis has appeared on the scene. If the ability is passive to multiply, than mitosis might be worth casting....

Yes, but imo it would be better directly cast mitosis on a transformed frog rather than the tadpole. Tadpole has a cost of  4  :water  and also has only 1 hp. Tadpoles can generate more and faster frogs than a frog with mitosis. I don't how much more effective a combination of both tadpoles and mitosis will be.
