NOTES:
Works exactly just like Nightfall/Eclipse in the sense that it doesn't stack.

If played in the presence of Nightfall/Eclipse, the buffs cancel out. Example : There are two Sunrise/Morning Suns and one Nightfall/Eclipse in play. All light/light emitting creatures get their buff, all death/darkness creatures won't. Likewise, if there's two Nightfall/Eclipses and only one Sunrise/Morning Sun in play, all light/light-emitting creatures will not get their buff, but all darkness/death creatures will. (Idea proposed by unionruler)

I guess this would be heavily abused by RoL/Hope decks.

Nice and simple, but IMO it has only a very small chance (or none) to make it to the game.

Voted for OP, but that's not because the card is. It's because RoL/Hope decks are. :/

Well i know it might not, but i was looking and i didn't see  anyone put it up yet(and if someone has, I'm truely sorry) and thought,"Shouldn't nightfall work the opposite way(sunrise)...?" and well i came up with this.

Yes, but isn't Fractal-Pests + Eclipse just as bad/OP? Either way, give the opponent 4-5  turns and either you cant play anything, or you cant deal any damage, and it only gets worse after that. But yes what you're saying is true. The upped is very OP, since you can have a field of high atk creatures at the cost of a few aether(or other elements depending on fractal's target) quanta, not to mention if you fractal frogs/trices/etc. then use luciferin on them, but at the same time using that strategy, it would be a 4 card combo, and decently hard to pull off in most situations. Since light should help preserve and protect the creatures that light is endowed with,not strengthen them, i changed Morning Sun from "+2/+1" to "+1+2" to hopefully bring it out of "OP" range.

Very similar to a card suggested by harikaze Dawn/Morning.

This one is a little more balanced though, since the one by harikaze destroys nightfall/eclipse when played

Idk, but all the ideas i was gunna have for possible changes, he already has on his card. I feel like i should take this down, but I'll leave that for Kael/mods to  decide.

I don't think this is too OP, since there is already Nightfall in Fractal Devourer decks.

also, it will make the RoL|fractal deck a lot more powerful

Just make this card and Nightfall|Eclipse override each other based on the number there are on the field. For example, you have one Morning Sun and your opponent has 2 Eclipses, you play a 2nd Morning Sun, all creatures behave as if the only 'field' card is 1 Morning Sun.  On the other hand, if you play your 1st Morning Sun when your opponent already has declared 2 Eclipses, nothing happens until a 2nd Morning Sun is declared. The logic for destroying permanents follows naturally--the state changes when one outnumbers the other.

I was thinking about putting that in, but it was going to remove them from play. Your idea is much better.

you mean that? ;) And then.. make this have a negative effect on :darkness/ :death? I dont think that would work, because that means, if a nightfall were to be played, all RoL's would die instantly...not to mention any ~2hp dark/death monsters. Yes I understand it would add a new offensive strategy for light and to the already greatly powered darkness.

Interesting concept.. But i dont understand how any amount of dark energy would heal you. Besides there's Drain/Siphon Life that heals you anyway and deals damage.
