Play 6 sop, or however many you have.

I think that would make it a bit OP?

Great card.
But I think they multiply too fast.
Possible variant: tadpole becomes delayed for 1 turn right after it spawns another tadpole.

You would need to change the effect as well. Currently it would still produce tadpoles while delayed.

You should add quanta used and total damage dealt to your chart.

You could also include another creature (perhaps Lava Golem) as a baseline.

Is there any way to limit the number of these guys on the field at once? I feel that there should be a cap somewhere. Maybe you could only evolve 1 per turn? or something idk.

If this goes into the game you need to have something like an elite queen that can can produce tadpoles lol. maybe that would make this card more balanced. Like a 7 life mana guy that generates tadpoles using water quanta?

Wrong.
1. Play Tadpole
2. Play Flooding
3. Play SoP
4. ???
5. Profit!

Because basically, Tadpole is a cheaper Malignant Cell which is affected by Flooding.
