NOTES:
The concept behind this is that stabbing causes the opposing player to die, just for a moment.

Only triggers a death if it connects - anything that would block Discord blocks this.  That includes Diamond Shield.

Health is not a typo; if this weapon is flown, it will die upon attacking unless buffed.  This will cause two death effects to trigger - one for the weapon's attack, and one for the weapon's death.
SERIES:
New Elemental Weapons (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,26231.0.html)
That's six elemental weapons!  I officially have my very first SERIES.

This is meant to be a flexible weapon option for Death elementals who do not wish to rely on poison, but instead grow their Bone Walls, Vultures, etc.  Due to the fact that poor kitty would become obsolete rather quickly, this is only renewable in the weapon slot or with a buff when flying.  On the other hand, you could fly it to get an extra death effect...

Adrenaline!

Only if you buff its health too.  Adrenaline can't target the weapon slot, and this weapon dies when flown.

Is -1 health overkill?  Would 0 be fine?

(In other news, I think I'm getting better at making art from stock images... really happy with this one!)

0 hp is fine if you want it to die at the end of the turn (more triggers) unless buffed.

i think its effects aren't that extremely powerful enough to warrant it dying when flown. although it does go with the theme.

Changed to 3|0 when flying... thankfully I didn't need to edit the art for that.  I guess the Death/Darkness/Air trio required to Nightfall-fly these isn't too powerful, and 3|0 allows a nifty trio with Momentum too, since the effect can normally be stopped by shields.

This dies when flown because it's supposed to be a limited way for Death to supply its own death effects, not a replacement for the kitty.

It is an amazing idea, but if this were to be in the game;

A) Would it be rare?
B) How much would it cost, it seems good in thr 60-80's considering the effect

The only problem is people would complain about how "Majorly OP" it would be, but I love it and I would love this card!  ;D

I just noticed: The casting cost is not equal! :o. This is a problem for all elemental weapons cost the same unupped as upped.
Edit: This theory has been proven false by Vampire Stiletto|Vampire Dagger -courtesy of Shantu

A) Would it be rare?
B) How much would it cost, it seems good in thr 60-80's considering the effect
C) The only problem is people would complain about how "Majorly OP" it would be.
A) It has the necessary characteristics that it would not be a bad rare. Zanz will decide if it ever enters the game and in what form.
B)  :electrum costs are a function of Casting Costs.
C) People complain about balanced cards being OP already. Nothing new.

I love this weapon. This is something Death needs for certain: it would probably give poor vultures a chance to be useful.

I like it. Cheap, effcient, not too powered.

Well, they do now.  Nothing says that can't change... and the only other option was to have the upped gain some attack, which I didn't want.

Dr. O - all the weapons in my series are intended to be new rares.

Here's a neat thing I didn't plan: if your opponent steals this weapon, you still get the death triggers, he only really steals the weapon damage.  Unless, of course, you're running a Bone Wall.

Actually, Vampire Stiletto | Vampire Dagger costs 1 :darkness | 2 :darkness.

Actually, Vampiric Stiletto | Vampiric Dagger costs 1 :darkness | 2 :darkness.
That's odd.  Shantu is right, OT... while the Wiki claims both cost 1, my Daggers in-game show a cost of 2.

Nice catch Shantu. I'm embarrassed I missed that. :-[
+39 rep for correctly challenging one of my theories.

This card would be amazing. It's not overly cheap, but does something useful.

Bump.

Simply a great weapon design - together with Arsenic :death is given two weapons for each side of death - the poison side of it and the death effect side of it.

If you like this, check out Reprisal | Reprisal (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,25429.0.html) and vote for it - among the six weapons I've designed, that one's my favorite, and the most flexible!  Winter would be a close second.

Oh yes, I remember seeing that one a while ago. One of my favourites as well. Voted for both.
