This is great CC for mid to late game when reverse time isn't very effective anymore, since your opponent has enough quanta to play the creature you used reverse time on.
Fits  :time too.

This is probably the best idea I've ever seen. Would love to see this in game - excellent idea and nicely balanced, as well as finally getting a counter to antimatter.

What would happen if I have accelerated an armagio to lets say 20/15 and you put a STOP to it ?
would its attack drop down to 0 then return to 1? or would it drop down to 10 and return to 20?

return to 20, but it would also gain the appropriate amount of attack along the way from accelerate, as it was not removed. it would probably die before getting the full 20 atk back, however.
