already in the notes:
A :time icon with a timer/counter on it will be placed on the card of the effected creature.  If the attack value was reduced by 5, there will be a timer/counter of 5 on it, it will be reduced each time an attack point has been restored.  The timer/counter will be removed after the counter reaches 0.

by the way,why we don't change the immortal mark to  :aether  Immortal now is  :aether ability and we may not confusion the two buffs

I think that this card has a good chance of making it into Reliquary, as it isn't OP and it isn't UP(under-powered).

Very nice card idea,

I was just thinking of repeated applications.

If Slow was used twice on one creature would that reduce it's current attack to 0, or 1/4 (depending on rounding) of it's max? In other words would you use the full or the current attack to calculate the effect?

I don't know if this fits with your concept very well but the idea of using the stop effect twice to create a negative attack would be interesting I think.

kimQ, slow being used a second time would cut the current attack in half, and using stop a second time would set it back to 0 again.
