I hadn't even thought of the Anti-matter removal. Nice work! Now, people don't HAVE to have Entropy or mass Attack boost spells to get creatures back to full power.
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

I think the card should have a lower cost... most spells can kill creatures on one shot and even they cost 1 quantum upgraded. This card doesn't kill a creature but just reduces its attack power.

i suggest the cost to be 1 :time and 2 :time, since the upgraded one clearly is more potent.

i see your point.  however, low cost spells are less likely to kill a dragon (less it is like fire lance with a bunch of fire saved up), and that is in the key demographic for this card.  a secondary use, as mentioned, would be to help out your own creatures which happened to be antimattered, and this is preferential to killing them.

but i agree, with you, it should be a low cost, i just cant decide between 2|3 and 1|2 at this point.  But since its already here as is, may as well go with it for now.

I think that adrenaline applied after this card is played should stay on.

Other than that, I really like the card.

Excellent card! Though I would disagree with everyone on the cost. I think it is too cheap.

Just one question, if the creatures attack is goes to 0, will it get 1 more attack until it's original attack, or all the way up until its dead or gets rewinded, etc....?
