This card is very underpowered. You would need at least 8 skeletons out before this card is even worth it's cost.

This card may actually make a use for skeletons.  Do upped and unupped skeles make a difference?

Nope, both versions power it the same.

This card is very underpowered. You would need at least 8 skeletons out before this card is even worth it's cost.
And how difficult is it to get out 8 Skeletons?  You're obviously not going to find this outside of a deck which is bent on mass producing Skeletons, so that's really quite an easy thing to do.  This card is fine the way it is.

Yeah this card, like cards like firefly queen and voodoo doll, really needs a deck built around it to be worth much.  With graveyard and fractal you have two different methods of filling the field with tons of skeletons.

If it isn't too difficult, it might make sense to change the color scheme to match that of the skeletons a little more. Or would it be too difficult?

Well, if you have fractal, just spam your screen with spraks or photons. then, with RoF, Destroy the whole field and you gain plenty of skeletons.

How exactly do you plan on RoFing your side of the field?  Or are you praying that your opponent will just happen to have a RoF in their deck?

Yah, hoping the opponent will have an RoF, it is kind of common to have one.

Pandemonium is a -much- better substitute, assuming that you get the correct procs (Fire Lance, Ice Bolt, Shockwave, etc.) to damage the creatures to generate skeletons for the card.

Making it a passive is a great concept though. :D I'm all up for seeing what other abilities could be applied to it in addition to a crazy attack boost from its passive skill. ^^

A skeleton king pandemonium deck would be quite fun.  Add a few bonewalls along with graveyard and who knows what happens.
