If the opponent doesn't have a damage blocking shield, I see a fractal rush coming up...
The damage is nicely balanced though.

Good idea but I think the cost should be raised to 4 to reduce abuse by fractal. Complements explosion very well when used with pufferfishes or steam machines. Slightly concerned that the art, while acceptable for a crab, is dubious for a lobster  Any reason why you can't just name them Crab | Lobster though?

Why would a crab upgraded to a lobster?  (I guess lobster is more expensive) 

Anyhow... great idea.  A good way to prevent enemy healing.  But I think its attack is low enough that it should be fine.  And it still won't bypass the shield, right?  (cause what I am thinking is that it only reduce enemy max HP when it dealt damages)

Yes, reduces opponent's max HP only when damage is dealt.

because giant frog is better than vampire

I kinda agree I'm a little afraid of a Fractal abuse as it's used with water a lot.
My personal HATED!! Fractal combo is Chrysora/Physalia + Fractal.

I think that everything is op with fractal like minor phoenix, devourer, pegasus etc.
