has been associated with scrying for the entirety of Western magickal history. That a scrying-style mechanic would go anywhere BUT
is just silly. Time has precognition, which makes sense for time, but water is traditionally the element of seeing what's happening
right now, just somewhere else (in this case, on the top of your deck.)

Skyclicker, it shows the card's title (only) underneath your deck icon.
Onizuka, the card is only face-up for the player that owns the Scrying Pool. The other player doesn't see it at all. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
