A creature cannot have two active abilities, therefore gaining the -1/+1 every turn must be a passive.

Also this should have been in the Armory a long time ago. Exactly the creature Aether needs.

I think my Feedback on this card made it move up in the ranks :) *FYI. QT its all you the card idea is great and really smart*
