I really like this idea - especially since it has a very tug-of-war feel to it against poison decks, and is powerful but not necessary.  Whereas something like Supernova is used in almost all rainbow decks, this card would only be used in Water decks where a long game is expected.  It can also be CC'd and even with 50+ counters one can still die from a sudden rush of damage.  I also love that it's a new facet of an existing mechanic to play around with, although I think the quanta cost might need to be raised one  :water for such a powerful card.

it should have an attack power of 1 for balacing purposes, so it can be stopped by a greater amount of shields
or maybe drop the attack to zero and give shard of patience a reason to be used? lol

besides the little nerf it needs, i love card and yes, water could use a little buff

Sounds likes it would be a great addition to water and valuable cheap healing in a rainbow.

I'm curious how effective a fractal deck would be. 4 damage for 3 quanta is a decent trade-off and the healing will be insane after a few turns. Would work brilliantly with the recently buffed flooding.

Really looking forward to a card like this. This seems like it would fit nicely into the game, I personally don't think it's too overpowered either.
The card should definetly have little HP, not more than 4, since a deck full of these could seriously cause trouble for just about any opponent.

I'm also playing ideas in my head: combine this card with fractal and get a massive healing bonus each turn. :D Sound nice.

Is a point of regeneration like a point of purify? If so I like this idea!
My default opinion of a new card is OP. Your job as a card creator will have to be to convince me otherwise.
Happy to help with questions regarding upped PvP

Regeneration is that stuff that Purify gives you.  The blue counter.
