the issue i have with this card is it replaces the duo with schrod's cat with a much more convenient mono :death card, but with some added perks in addition to triggering death effects.

I find cat more convenient because you don't need one card per death effect.

eh, considering this is a mono, make a fairly large deck centered around vultures, bonewalls, this and aflatoxin, you end up with gaint bonewalls and giant vultures fairly reliably relatively quickly.

So...aflatoxin.
Otherwise, I'd could say the same thing about schrodinger's cat trying to fit into the niche of retrovirus.

Well, Immolation / Cremation has 0 cost and gives 6/8 quantum + a nova, what creates new deck styles.

Sacrifice a creature + encounter antimatter + gain death quanta (with soul catchers) + use useless creatures (maybe because of a shileld) to gain "something" + make aflatoxined space + upgrade Vultures/Condors + create skeletons due Boneyard / Graveyard + upgrade Bone Wall + many other uses Immolation/Cremation has, it's at 0 cost.

This card has the only difference that lets you draw a card and heal you a bit if upgraded (surely sacrifying a high HP creature will make you loose high damage too). Although, it may have other late game uses, like sacrifying a BBd Armagio for EM in an upped deck (not saying a BBd Flying Titan).

If you wanna see this card in the game, it should be 0 cost, belive me. I don't know... It's an almost repeated card and i don't know if it should be good having it in the game.

Just saying to people crying OP...
You have to consider a couple things, because based on the deck size, either.
1 (small). Decking yourself out seems incredibly simple with this (ESPECIALLY with a field-full of malignants, because getting rid of them all would be drawing 20 or so cards usually).
or 2 (large). the chances of getting a creature, bonewall/vulture, graveyard, AND necronomicon quickly, along with enough quanta to use them all, is obscenely low.
Finding a balance would probably eventually frustrate some players.
What I'm curious about is whether or not the drawing ability is mandatory (meaning if you have a full hand you can't use it/a sort of discard effect happens)

You seem to misunderstand moomoose. He's not claiming that it's OP, but that it would completely dominate the only niche Schrodinger's Cat has.

To my defense, if i recall correctly, cat wasn't implemented in game when i posted this card. And for this card, I mostly had mono death in mind. It doesn't replace cat because *its permanent *its death card *can be used multiple times *actually kills a creature (getting rid of AM'ed creatures etc) *heals yourself *makes you draw a card instead of doing nothing like cat / giving quanta like immo.
With cat, you don't lose any creature but with necro you draw a card much like gaining quanta with immo. Immo, cat and necro have different purposes with some uses which may intersect. They also have different elements and types (spell/creature/permanent).  And if you compare its Bone Wall / vulture buff, i would ask why is Cat implemented when we had OE (or any damage card) which can do the same.

So other than triggering a death effect, its very different and doesn't intend to replace immolation nor the cat. The ability to kill your own creature doesn't have to be unique to two cards (immo&cat), both of these cards trigger death effect they are not alternative to each other. Think of the variety of implemented cards that can kill opponents creatures, there are like what ? 6-7 different cards for it, which by the way, can kill your own creatures multiple times too, like OE.

People didn't mind having lightning, shockwave, ice/fire lances, drain life, RoF, OE, rage pot etc. They have differences and similarities. Necro too has differences and similarities with direct damage cards as well as cat & immo. I could say the same about healing cards and damaging shields.

For what it's worth, I'm in complete support of this card except that I believe in limiting card drawing to :time and :air .  Other than that minor purely aesthetic concern, this card is perfect.
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

I really like the concept, but I think a few changes should be made, at least for balancing.

1) cannot be used on skeletons

2) can only be used once per turn

3) only one Necronomicon can be played on each players side
