For what it's worth, I'm in complete support of this card except that I believe in limiting card drawing to :time and :air .  Other than that minor purely aesthetic concern, this card is perfect.
don't you mean  :time and   :aether?

Love,

I'm a bit worried about this + fractal. You could fractal a BLight or some other 0-cost creature, sacrifice them all to get a full hand of cards, get skeletons from graveyards, play all your cards, sacrifice your skeletons, get another full hand...

You see where I'm going with this, right? Fractal BLight's already somewhat possible with death, so it's not like the concept's unfeasible, either. You could use a soul catcher or something to get the quanta needed to constantly empty your hand for another Necronomicon charge, but it's by no means necessary.

Fractalling pretty much anything will make this somewhat OP, actually, not just 0-cost creatures.

On another note, what if you sacrifice a Phoenix? Does it come back as ash?

I also love this card but I agree that 1 use per turn would be ok.

I would say the best way to get rid of the OP concerns would just to make the book not work on skeletons, just as graveyard doesn't. And it makes sense anyways, the book of the dead shouldn't really accept a human skeleton for much. Other death cards at least have some substance the book could consume. I love the idea myself and enjoy the thought of drawing cards not being so limited in elements.

I also think that multiple uses are too much, Naesala's suggestion seems like a nice idea to solve that issue..
