i think this card is still slightly overpowered, but maybe i'm wrong, cant, but finger on it.
The best deck i came up with was this:

Deck would contain: mammoths, parallel  universes, phase shields (to stay alive), lighting (to lower creature if necessary HP), Earthquakes (to stall opponent using his big units or built-up rush).

Reason: parallel  universe will make the unfrozen copy. (since mammoth has a 'when enters' effect)

Practically this deck would be good against rushes, quanta stall and several rainbows.
But weak against Stall decks (depends stalling type), since no permanent destruction.
Time deck with reverses would just be annoying clean kill against you.
and bone wall would be just boooooring to hit.

I'd go multiple mammoths and chimera. Chimera removes staus effects and shields would no longer pose a problem. With high hp it wouldnt matter as much if you couldnt get a killing blow straight away either.

tbh nearly all SGs delay creatures are amazing with chimera, as it takes away the delay.

Theorectically (Ignoring Card Limits):
In order to get an OTK with this and a Chimera you would need 98  :earth quanta and 7  :gravity quanta with 7 of Mammoth.
In order to get an OTK with Ruby Dragons and a Chimera you would need 84  :fire quanta and 7 :gravity quanta with 7 of Ruby Dragon.

Ruby Dragon is overall cheaper and immediatley does damage so it is faster as well.

It's true that the status effects may make it strong, but I don't think it goes so far as to make it OP.

With high hp it wouldnt matter as much if you couldnt get a killing blow straight away either.
3 mammoths and any high HP earth creature would do fine. I wouldnt aim for a 0HK with this as the chimeras HP would prolly be enough to withstand 1 attack. Anything over 50 dam would be grand. CC would be an issue but hey - thats a judgement call.

C. Dragons would almost certainly die in a single hit.
I never said the card was OP with chimera btw, plenty of other cards combo better with it.
