I didn't have Flooding in mind at all when I came up with it, but the idea is probably similar. I was thinking about a tree with heavy foliage - thickest in the middle, thinner around the edges. Hence the middle creatures would be most protected.

Nice idea. Will have my support in the polls.

I can already see really nice visuals for this, too. Thick foliage in the middle row, covering your creatures, then thinner on the edges (under the creatures).

What exactly do you mean by "visible but protected"?

I assume he means that creatures in the first 5 slots are invisible and untargetable. Other creatures are visible but still untargetable.

Correct. Those spells remove invisibility, thus destroying Foliage.
