The Crusader weapon should be targetable but not have an ability itself.

Excellent idea. Especially with Nymphs. My only small difficulty with his card is that the element from which it originates doesn't get a lot of use out of it. Animate weapon has a bit better synergy with wind in my opinion than this does with life. But that's alright.

You are correct, but only because I don't know if the coding foundation exists for carrying over buffs. If it does, then buffs carrying over could be cool.

As it is currently, a Chimera weapon would have 0 attack.

Animate Weapon can help a weapon to avoid PC, but unlike PA doesn't require . This card is a great "sideways" method of helping a powerful creature avoid CC without requiring .

Possible compromise:

Weaponized Devour is coded as "DevourX", where X is the 1 less than the number of HP the original creature started with. DevourX kills any creature with X or fewer hit points, and increases the weapon's attack by 1.

Because weaponizing an Oty is an AWESOME counter to RoL/Hope/Lobo. HP growth is not required; weaponizing is already a big benefit because it dodges the Lobo bullet.
