Yes, you can target an Owl's Eye and shoot their creature or destroy their Pulverizer with their Pulverizer.

I would limit it to just creatures, of course, using UGs would be pretty hard to beat. Also, you could still gain abilities from weapons if they're flying.

Don't forget that your opponent has to have the quanta in order for you to use the ability.

Well this is certainly different... So this ability uses some of your own dark quantum, and your opponents quantum, assuming there is enough for both. Hmm... This would be crazy against Destroyers or Owl's Eye. Different!

Does the card just borrow its ability for itself ? And the other creature is able to still use its ability or does it take it forever.  Good card btw.
