i havent seen this before, but i like it. i can see me running this in a deck just to copy hourglasses. or mindgates. or whatever. this card would probably go in most permanent heavy decks. oh, and also feral bond decks. good card.

it cant copy shields. when creatures attack they have to get through shields. this could have fire bucklers ability, but it wouldnt deal any damage because it isnt your shield. so i dont think it should be able to copy shields. same reason it cant be OP and copy arsenic.

I got some concerns about this card i want to point out to you.
There is a reason that there are only 6 copies of a card allowed in a deck. This card allows you to have more than that of a permanent. I'm pretty sure it will be abused in some way. Especially the upped version is even pretty cheap.
Additionally, in my opinion the main reason why this card won't make it into the game the way it is right now is due to the fact that new cards should add diversity and not only copy existing things in a similar way.
