That said, here's a slight warning to the people who post after this: please try to keep your post on-topic and raise suggestions, questions, or comments related to the card idea, rather than the number of posts you have and building it or whatnot.

Anyway, I'm getting the impression that this 'Flame Warrior | Blazing Swordsman' sounds a little bit too human-like to me, but of course that can change. I wonder if it could be Fire's rare card (similar to Miracle for Light or Arctic Squid for Water), but that might be a little underwhelming, since this creature isn't that strong unless facing strong sheilds (Phase, Dissipation, Dusk/Fog/Wings (to an extent), Bone Wall, and Hope).

Alright fine. I'll just suggest or comment on suggestions to boost count 

I kinda like the idea of it being rare actually. Although that would mean I wouldn't get one for a long time :S. On the naming note, would Fire Elemental and Blazing Entity be better?

It is correct, the player is the elemental if I understand correctly.
