I like the Idea but it only has limited use. If you could expand it to all creatures you conrol it would be better. Also i would lower the cost since it doesn't pose much direct treat.

Limited use? You can use a mono with all the creatures which synergize with other element :O

"Until X, Y" means Y is False, then X is True, then Y is True.

I agree that it needs a usage wider than pseudo-rainbow Water. In addition, I don't like Water having rainbow aspects, I've always thought of it as the duo element. What about:

"Target creature: Gain 12 quanta of its ability's element. If none, gain 12 random quanta."

@Daguerreo: that would still makes only seven creatures. Also If you make it all creatures you could use it in other decks than mono water to split the quanta usage in two. Wich can be verry helpfull when playing a duo. Also it would be cool to have an  firefly queen deck lol.

Imagine: Maxwell, (flying) Eagle's Eye, Nymphs, etc. (just to name a few); all those nasty abilities costing . Fun.

I was talking in chat with Tiko about this, but cost 2:water for upgraded card isn't too cheap?

Depends on how strong you think it would be. But if you compare it to supernova (it works the opposite way, making everything cost one sort of quanta istead of giving you all sorts of quanta), I gues it is balanced, powerful but balanced.

a really nasty version of this card would be if all creatures on the field needed quanta to use their skills.
