If you have one shield up, use this card, then attempt to play another shield, would the game know whether you want to overwrite your old shield or place a new shield in the "weapon" slot? And if you have two shields on, would the game know which one you want to replace?

I like the idea but i think it would have to be carefully balanced.

I see firesheild/bonewall making a very effective deckout deck.

Or permafrost/bonewall to stop swarms of small critters from plinking away at your bonewall.

Potentially creates a while new style of play which I like.

do remember this card would likely be a rainbow card due to the need of 3 elements min to pull off some of the better shield combos

If two shields the game goes back and forth starting with the original. I'm not a coder, but I assume it would have to know (first question)

blocks all damage, direct OR indirect.

Jade shield isn't that of a splash... And still is a too slow combo to be OP. Any stall can be overkill if well done.
