I was going to change it according to poll results but I think changing a card after crucible = card moved to archive and you have to start all over.

I think it's a great card that would add so many awesome possibilities.  It would probably be more for fun decks though because setting up that combo would take so long that you would probably lose the pvp game anyways.

While this card is a strong card, it's definitely not as strong as say a SOG for stalling.  (eventually it would be as strong, but 3 quanta to get 5 heal every turn is just amazing)

Also, this card takes 3 cards to set-up, with those 3 cards, you could have much more easily gotten a permafrost shield, and two SOG instead of that combo.

Exactly, but this and Perma + SoG is a totally different combo. Imagine this card plus a couple SoG's.

I think we got a new rage-quit coming up I would have to say my personal favorite combo is Diamond + Permafrost. -5 damage and a 45% chance to freeze, Yes please.

It covers the original shield slot.
Unless there is nothing in the second slot (Steal, deflag, Pulvy etc.)

That actually would need a twist in the game, maybe too much to be convenient... I guess replacing the weapon slot would also make it more balanced, since I think having two titanium shields and a lobo (or whatever) is in my opinion OP
