Can i get a link to the pic to update the OP.
Well... I didn't bother to make the large version of the card images, since my version is an unofficial ripoff of yours. Why don't you just keep the version you have now? There's nothing wrong with it.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

yes it stacks but for that combo you need light-producing creatures and unless you use FFQ you need something producing them, fractal does this but it also means you have to base your entire deck around that. which means that by adding a dual aegis all you are doing is slowing the deck down to prevent damage from one specific kind of deck.

that was just an example off the top of my head but like two spined sheilds ginving 2 poison per attak or two fire bucklers giving 2 damage per attack

So Essentially 14 :life and 10 :earth for 2 poison a turn AND they can still hurt you. Or 8 :fire and 10 :earth for 2 damage a turn to creatures.

Again there are better things to do with that quanta.

For example for the first combo.
6 Giant Frogs and
2 Steel Golems and
1 Antlion

So instead of the first combo you could have 40 Damage on the field.
for the second one. A golem grown to 27|21

Actually, the combo that makes this horribly strong is spine carapace + bone wall

What you might consider is to make the 'weapon slot' shield unprotectable at least?
(not that an unprotected bone wall is a problem)

So once again 7 :death and 7 :life and 10 :earth for extreme crreature control, yet poison, momentum, and other things can still go on their merry way, and assuming you did not protect the carpace, permenant control joins the pack.

Sure, it's expensive. Sure, it's only abusable by rainbows (which is not a good thing).
Sure, poison can do its thing (but puffer fish, scorpions and arsenic can't).

Actually, I like the suggestions for cheaper versions which last only a few turns. They still allow these fun synergies you mention, but without locking the game in.

This

Fire Buckler and Thorn carapace are balanced in :death duos because you have to give up bone wall, a staple of :death decks, to use them.

In your first response you assumed a non-upped bone wall. Upped bonewall costs 5 :death, not 7 :death. The quanta cost for this combo is reachable by most rainbows.

Another combo I'd be concerned about is Jade Shield & Diamond Shield. It only requires a duo, and would make you completely immune to spells and most creatures in the game. For just 1 :earth extra you could make the combo unbreakable with PA. All of these combos would still be useful if you only got part of it out as well. Add in a couple SoGs and you have a defense almost equal to RoL/Hope for a lot less cards, and you're immune to spells.

Basically I'm concerned that this card would make any stall deck that wasn't using this card obsolete, because it's a little to easy to set up an unbreakable defense.

The thing is with the new pendulams this card is quite OP since now it is fairly easy to balance a duo and maybe even a trio deck. so im looking for possible nerfs any ideas?
