last i checked there was no way to make a phase dragon not immaterial? so... spell cannot be used ever? maybe have card do a full field effect, both for you and your opponents dragons.

I love the idea, though maybe you could make it so all dragons currently in play get abilities, which would solve the phase dragon problem.

Yes, there is a way. Mutating creature sometimes gets you mortal Phase Dragon

wouldnt that be too strong on   :darkness :fire and :water cause they can simply stall with dargons and play 12 Bolts/Lances  :o also i think the : :time one is a bit strong its like a creature steal u must play it in duos but still

but i like the idea very much but such effects are stronger than other maybe make it that all the abilities are the same strengh

Nope. Only returns the last card destroyed, so it depends on the order of destruction in the programing

i'dd say it is a bit OP. thes dragons (especialy if they are upgraded) can be difficult to kill. Giving them an awesome ability on top of their big attack seems kinda overkill

Not OP as it's a 2 card combo. It;s like saying that an Oty is OP because he can eat almost every stuff for free with a SoR.

Phase Dragon can indeed be targeted, under restricted cases. A mutated phase dragon might not be immaterial.

Just wanted to say that. Also, interesting concept.
