I would definately use this card, and often find myself in a situation, where i wish i could give away something, like dissapation shield so i can drain their quantum, or like said earlier to replace their weapon with my discord so i can get quantum shuffle. not to mention a real jew deck can be made using relics+ this card-for the win-imo. and yea it would be nice to give them useless cards maybe ones they cant cast just to shorten their hands in general. and you could give them voodoo dolls ( that is if they still consider you the owner) and then use area damage cards that only effect thier side, like the fire one, or upd pandamonium. and maybe even if cloak also defines an owner separate of controller, then you could pass that over to prevent them from seeing thier field.  you could also give them fire shield or the  one and attack using voodoo dolls. this card opens alot of possibilities even with our small selection of cards we have atm. although it would be better after their are more of a selection.

the idea is cool, but it should be buffed a bit. I mean using a card to give a card in your hand to an opponent?
this is not good enough. you lose two cards an give your oponnent one extra (even if the card you gave him is totally useless you still lost 2 cards!)
the card is supposed to give you some sort of an adventage, but the prise (2 cards gone) is to high for me

i always wanted to make a counder deck for divine glory making her have the field with malignant cell's now it's easier

however unlike the rest of you i think the card is OP... just imagine a deck of:
6 supernovas
6 give
6 precognitions
4 shards of bravery
2 hipedermy
4 entropy towers
2 caos power

this would make the oponent get the singularities with adrenaline wich by itself can make you're self the winer...

still i love the usages of the card

this card is obviously situational, but a good deck builder could probably make a deck where it seems OP. however, cards like this add extra options to the game, and make decks more interesting. i am definately in favor of this card, and it would be interesting to see what it does to the meta-game.

Lovely idea, however it can easily become OP due to all these usages and versailty. I suggest:
1) Being unable to give your opponent a card to his/her hand if there are already eight there.
2) Being unable to give your weapon/shield if his/her weapon or shield is immaterial. This would be definitely OP, especially if you use Steal to take your weapon/shield back at the same turn.
 Other than that, great idea! Thumbs up!
