The Vault sheet shows what cards are in your vault, as well as what cards are in use in your decks. This includes any changes made as a result of salvage, discard on the Preparation sheet.
You must not directly edit the Vault sheet.

The Preparation sheet is where you list your Salvage, Discards and decks for each round. Do not edit any cells which do not have a white background.
In the "Losses" and "Wins" cells, WMs fill in the number of games you lost and won in the previous round.
In the "Discard From" and "Salvage From" columns, give the deck code of whichever deck from the previous round you are discarding or salvaging from. In the "Discard (code)" and "Salvage (code)" columns, fill in codes for the cards you are discarding or salvaging.
The "# Transmute" column shows the number of transmutations leftover after salvage, and "Transmutation Dust" column shows the associated dust gain. If you wish to transmute this into cards, fill in the codes for cards you are transmuting into in the "Transmute (code)" column.
The (Penalties) row is for any penalties you may receive or extra discards that may happen as the result of an Event Card. The (Bonuses) row is similarly for any extra cards which may be added to your vault as the result of an Event Card.

In the Positions section, list which player corresponds to which position number.  Players may change positions from round to round, except for the General.

In the Decks section, you should provide a deck code for each active player in the "Deck Code" column. Specify which player is intended to play each deck by using the dropdown menus in the "Position" column. There are intentionally several extra rows, so that you can try different combinations of decks before finalizing which ones you will use. Only the decks assigned to a player will be counted. Do not list the same player more than once.
If one (or more) of your decks is a suicide, you should indicate that in the "Suicide Deck?" column. You will receive an automatic loss for that match, but you will not receive a penalty for an illegal deck.
The "Deck Name" column is for your own use, and whether or not it is filled in will have no effect.

You may edit the Preparation sheet only during the Deckbuilding phase of each round. Once the Duel phase begins, a copy of the sheet will be saved, and editing the sheet will result in a penalty. When a Warmaster approves it, the sheet will be cleared. Once this happens, you are allowed to start using it for the next round.

The Deck Code Generator sheet is to assist you in making deck codes for the Preparation sheet. You may edit this sheet at any time, but only the cells with white backgrounds.
To use this sheet, use the drop-down menus in the "Card" column to select cards, and fill in the number of these cards in the "Quantity" column. If you want the deck code to include a mark (not mark card), select it in cell B1.
The code will appear in cell E1 and a link to a deck image will appear in cell G1.



Do not modify anything that is not in one of these three sheets.

I'm not sure if we can use the Discard Tokens we transmute from this round may be used on decks we're discarding from this round. Therefore, I'm posting here instead of using the vault tool, on the off chance we do something terribly wrong.

Vault issues fixed.

You discarded those arctic squid before their time. So you will be required to discard 2 replacement cards, and also 2 more cards as a penalty.

We messed up, we realized later we shouldn't have discarded them. However, it didn't matter at all in terms of deckbuilding for the future rounds - we would've just tossed a couple of discard tokens in place of the squids. Penalty is fair by the rules, definitely, but it still feels a little bit harsh. Would you be willing to reconsider, especially considering that there was no warning at the time of discarding?
