It's not a bad deck, not a bad deck at all. I'm fine tuning it, hope this doesn't screw up anyone else's deck. This should deal with Shriekers, and their terrible Earthquakes.

Alright, I think this is going to be the deck I use. I'm still messing around with it though.

This deck beats dark almost every time. Holy Lights kill his creatures, Hope + 2 or 3 fireflies provides defense. Dragons are the main source of damage, + the fireflies. Shockwaves are in for extra creature control, although I'd prefer 2 more holy lights over them.

I wish I could do a FFQ rush, because I don't think he'd have a good counter to that, but alas, with no quintessences that would be a risky game, since he could easily kill/mutate/render useless my FFQs or rustlers.

To be honest, this deck doesn't work well. Can anybody give me a better idea for a deck to use with cards from the vault? I'm stuck on what to use for air. Unstable gasses seem to be the best choice, but then if he butterfly effects a creature I"ll have to play them on my second-to-last turn and hope enough of them survive to finish him off.

Help a brother out?

god DAMN I wish we had quints! Then I could do 6 quints, 6 azure dragons no problem...I'll ramp down the aether usage and up the air usage...

Edited older post. I like the deck I have posted against almost anything dark throws at me.

Jon: Early quanta denial (devourers) could completely shut you down if you don't get fireflies out early enough. drain life could kill your fireflies/dragons, but overall it looks good to me ^_^
