Very important changes have been made for this war's rules. As such, we need to discuss them to know how to best approach the new strategy problems they implement.
In particular :
a) ability to change who has the general's bonus, but only before new rounds.
b) War spoils. This one in particular is basicly what ALL war will end in, and so is absolutely critical. What have others taken, what have *we* taken, and how are they going to react to it? Remember, all spoils save the last are to be visible.
c) I know there was a c). Just lemme rethink about it a few times.
