Yes we need to sub for Legit's match to make sure we don't go over the 3 deck breakpoint if we win.

As this is my first War, I'm not totally sure what you guys mean. If you guys need me to sub for Legit in his match against :entropy I can certainly do that tomorrow.

If a team has 132+ cards it will have four matches.  If you sub for Legit, we lose the 6 card salvage if we win the match.  That means if we win we'll be at 129 cards instead of 135.  So we only need to have three matches instead of four, which means less risk for losses and discards (I think?).  Legit should be the one to decide though.  ::)

3.1. DETERMINING OPPONENTS
Amount of cards in the Vault determine how many players from each team participates on a round:

0-29 cards=team is eliminated
30-65 cards=1 player fights
66-98 cards=2 players fight
99-131 cards=3 players fight
132-164 cards=4 players fight
165-197 cards=5 players fight
198-230 cards=6 players fight
231-263 cards=7 players fight
264+ cards=8 players fight
We want to stay below 132 cards so we only have to field 3 decks.  If Legit plays and wins, it puts us at 135 cards which means next round we're spread too thin because we need to play 4 matches.  We still want to win so as to save the cards in Legit's deck, so we use a substitute so that when we do win, there is no salvage and we stay at 129 cards.

Edit:  ya Tucking said the same thing.  It's just better for us to build less decks because otherwise we're stretched way too thin.

And for the second time, I suggest Sanctuaries vs :entropy and both times we don't do it, they use Disc/BH.

I feel pretty shite about that - not much to say apart from I screwed up.

Thanks for taking the match Bloom. If we get the chance, next round is it.

No worries Double D. We still had a good round going 2-1. Still very much alive as the other teams are dropping like flies (earth) woot :D. Let's hope we aren't matched up against :entropy next round. I really don't want to have to face them again :(
