There was a statistic some time ago which showed that decks with Discord win about 70-80 per cent of the games in war.
Haha I'm surprised it's not more, Rasta's Discord turned my quantum into a beautiful rainbow faster than a leprechaun.
Not to mention the fact that I almost lost 2 games to a Discord/BH deck with Sanctuaries in my opening hand almost every match.
These losses were unlucky. We did pick up on the BW thing, then it completely slipped my mind trying to work the vault and change the deck for darkness' matchup in case they brought GotP again - Legit must have said it at least twice :/ - I feel pretty shitty about that. (Against death, we would have beaten most of their other decks. They hid it for so many rounds - they deserved this win, I guess. )
We still have 3 more games, and strong decks for all 3 of them. We are against good teams this round, and we aren't in a position where we can defeat their whole vault. (Actually, with full knowledge of decks and vaults - we would likely lose all games :/ ) At this point, War is just strategy, deckbuilding and waay too much luck - we just have to make sure we all work together to perare ourselves best for the two first ones and pray for the second one.
