I'm fine with using an Earth-Air duo against time (the possible Reverse Times shouldn't be so bad with it). I was testing this against AI3:
Code: [Select]
591 591 591 593 593 593 593 593 593 595 595 595 5oe 5oe 5of 5of 5ol 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu
The only difference is two cards from the first post: -1 Pendulum, -1 Dragon, +2 Wyrms. I know Wyrms aren't the best creature, but I think they would help against Reverse Times. Or maybe I'm just thinking too much about rewinding and should just go with the heavier-hitting deck in the first post. What do you guys think?

I also didn't start a Strategy thread because I figured most of the discussion would happen here. I'll start them after Round 1 (when we have a better knowledge of what is in everyone's vault). We really don't know what to expect the first round, so that's why I held off on it.

EDIT: Also, I agree with Dogg taking that Arsenic. Just make sure to edit that to the first post.

I originally made this one with 4 Wyrms, but their weakness was irritating and and I changed that. But your version is perhaps more flexible than mine, I guess you should go for it. I'll put that up.

Btw, is there a need for a special "strategy" topic at all? We may very well discuss under "decks" section in the future too.

And thanks Truddy for that information.

I'm not really a fan of unupped worms at all. They just don't hit very hard for how much they cost to play and keep diving. In mine, I think I would replace the one unupped one with either an OE or a dragon.

What do other people think?

Done, a Dragon is there instead of Worm  :)

Now Scaredgirl wants to us have some certain subtopic with some certain headlines and formulas (starting from round 2). So we probably should have a "strategy" section too.

It gets complicated. In the Deckbuilding post, we should talk about our decks, in strategy, we should talk about the other team's decks. How about a single post "Round X - Strategy" where we talk about... well, everything, and a post "Round X - Decks" with the decks and a redirect to the other post ?

We will have a Salvaging post too... I don't know how to split the discussions. Maybe I'm thinking too much about this ^^

I really don't like the arsenic in my deck. It just seems not to do enough and i spend a valuable flying weapon card to bring it in.
I was thinking about going with this:
Code: [Select]
52r 52r 52r 52r 52r 52r 5oc 5oi 5oi 5oi 5oi 5oi 5ol 5ol 5ol 5ol 5ol 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pubtw, beat vagman in a tourny! mb that's a good sign :D

I'ts probably a good idea to have discussion under, let's say, "startegy section" and "decks" section could be just for posting deck.

Dogg, you most likely won't need that insane amount of quanta, but i'll do what you like and put your version up (it is still good against Devourers though).

An interesting thing I found from forum:
Code: [Select]
5lb 5lk 5lk 5lk 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5ok 5ok 5ok 5ok 5ok 5ok 5ol 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 622 622 622 622
This one needs a bit more  :aether, but seems to fit very well for us (we just need to take 1 more Hope). We have a bunch of unused Fireflies anyway in Vault. I'll probably abandon the idea of deck 14 in that case, since this one seems to be better. So, there is no need for 3 additional Miracles, just 1 more is good enough (along with 1 additional Dusk Shield which is currently missing from the  :darkness deck).

Thanks pervepic. Yeah, i remember having 2-3 bad first hands quantawise when we were testing my deck. Just want to be sure i don't encounter that problem in my match. Seems that it is not so important to set up very fast, since usualy opponent will be slow with his unupped deck, and once my deck sets up it's defenses, it is very very hard to deal with them.

After giving it some thought I am going to use the very original version by Perv, the Firefly could have been nice but indeed it raise probabilities of a bad draw or risk to mess up quantum usage for Wings. Only change from last version I had posted is -1 Firefly
