Deck suggestions :
:earth : immorush was designed to beat this. With general using it, running with 6 upped damsels could be boss by improving stability by 9000.
 :darkness : entropy domin?
 :aether : titans.
:entropy : Lightstall. Risking our best deck vs a general could be a risky bet, though.
:light : UGgrabbow or ugdial, imo.
 :time : bonewall domin?

:earth vs jenkar: immorush fits perfect
:darkness :from stats entropy duo seems safe, but going with sancs is not unreasonable as it takes out nightmares and pests
:aether LS drags with PC and NM fits well here for fear of dims/fractals
Gen :entropy : what to field vs a general? I would expect a gen disco bow from them
:light : root is going to have a much clearer idea about this one
:time : UG dials looks safe here according to bot testing and silver's manual tests

go for minimum bid

:aether Tested LS Drags vs Aether and I think it could be a really strong choice, providing some changes are made. As of right now it can make convincing vitories but flops more often than not.

1. Nightmares are critical vs all these fractal decks. We have to have more than two to stand a good chance of drawing it in time.
2. Dragons are required to Nightmare effective, and are hella expensive. The Darkness stuff can come out later and thus don't need such a low QI. I think we could use some dragonflies in there for early NMing, at the very least we should switch some pends into pillars. We can also compensate for the lower darkness production by taking out a LS- I found them useful endgame but also very bad hand clog early. If they go Fractix despite their few ups the LS could be used early to snipe an MP before the fractal, but that doesn't always pay off and its probably better to stick with NM.

So maybe more like this?

I think a modified Titans is another solid choice here, it performs well against most of the decks even with the dead Wings. We could even swap out the Wings for Pends to boost its chances versus Pestal- though we might end up looking like bad deck builders if they bring a different deck. :P

edit:

:darkness Tested Entropy duo, works ok but I think we can do better.

Earth - Immorush was made for Earth. Plus, it benefits hugely from extra upgrades. Wings is pretty nice against Grabbow and Earth in general. We'll want deflags to cover Dims and Pulvies.

Darkness - Discord Bow. We don't have the OEs for a full flying OE Grabbow, but our next option is still a very good choice. Testing backs this up well.

Entropy - We're going with a Light Stall here. It tests pretty well against DBH Bow and Mono Entropy. Entropy Stall and Pandebonium can be decked out pretty easily. I've decided to bump our stall up to 45 cards. The old, outdated stall size is 40. Over the last year, people have been using 41 card stalls more and more often. I know that Oni will go above 41 to try to get even higher. He knows that I know this, so I can easily imagine that he would go up to 43 or 44.

Aether- We'll go with LS Drags, but again, we need to optimize it for Aether. We'll probably go with 3 Steals and 3 Nightmares, but we have to work out the rest of it.

Light - Dim PUgons. I don't expect Light to use PC, momentum, or any shield bypass. The reason behind this is that Light's heavy creatures all hit through Wings. I don't think they would want a bypass deck here. Plus, Dim PUgons can OTK Firestall and Entropy stall. I think it could also beat Water and Time stall. I went with pure pends because I highly doubt that Light will run EQ.

Time - While UG Dial performs well, I think we can really take advantage of Time's matchups this round. Time is playing Death and Aether - the two best Bonebolt Elements. Time is more likely to burn their Bonebolt counters on Aether and Death, while our own Bonebolt is uncountered.

TESTING ROOT'S 3RD DECK (Disco-fly bow) VS. DARKNESS

I made a change though.  Early testing showed that when UG is paired with Discord vs. Darkness, we often lost our UGs to the opponent via steal, and due to our discord, the opponent could then ignite the UGs and use them against us.  Therefore, I made the change -3UGs, +2Dragons, +1Pillar

Game 1 = Loss, RTs + stoled discord killed us.
Game 2 = Win; Not enough damage from ghostmare
Game 3 = Loss; Not sure how reliable this game is.  AI nightmared my lycanthrope.  I probably should have kept it in hand and waited for a discord.
Game 4 = Loss; No early discord.  RTs stop dragons dead.
Game 5 = Loss; Discord a bit too late.

VS. DevTal: 5-0

Game 1 = Win.  Decisive.  Early discord + RT severely delayed devtal.
Game 2 = Win.  Close victory.  If AI had used the last fractal on vamps instead of devs I might have lost.
Game 3 = Win.  Dragons out before devs.
Game 4 = Win.  Early Discord.  Blowout.
Game 5 = Win.  Early Discord.  EM'd.

Game 1 = Win.  Opponent discarded once or twice.  EM'd.
Game 2 = Win.  Opponent PU'd our sky dragon.  Discord made sure that didn't happen til late in the game though.
Game 3 = Win.  In all honesty, disco-fly walks all over LS dragons.  Discord makes LS dragons incredibly slow.
Game 4 = Win.  Actually, a pretty close game since the opponent stole our discord early on.
Game 5 = Win.  Opponent PU'd our dragon.  I RT'd it.  I lol'd.

VS. Entropy Duo: 3-2

Game 1 = Win.  Early Discord.
Game 2 = Win.  Another early discord = decisive victory
Game 3 = Loss.  Opponent antimattered our sky dragon.  Discord was failing to hit due to dusk shield.
Game 4 = Loss.  Same as game 3, dusk + antimatter.
Game 5 = Win.  Early discord = easy win.

Concluding Remarks:
The 4 dragons make damage manageable.  However this deck is on the slower side, as it takes a while to accumulate the necessary quanta for dragons.  As such, early discords are imperative.  We won most of the games where we had a turn 2-3 discord and lost most of the games where we had a turn 4-5+ discord.  As such, we might even be able to fit a 4th discord into this deck.  That COULD clog up our hand though.  The only deck that truly gave this deck trouble was ghostmare.  That being said darkness + entropy duo is a threat.  The two decks are pretty evenly matched.
Walk towards the :light...

I've loaded the decks we have into our vault. For our Aether deck, our options are either LS Drags or Flying Titans.
I've done some reverse testing with Winged Titans against Aether's decks (minus Fractix, not a worry). It's not looking good. Though it fairs well against the suggested Bonebolt it suffers a lot against their Pestal and their PUTitans.

I'd probably go with LS Dragons only because it's what my gut says. :l

I have a feeling that I might be able to pull out a win with LS Dragons with a 50% success rate. I've a feeling LS Dragons has a -slightly- better chance to win than Winged Titans. Really depends on more reverse testing though. Hmmm...

I believe you inverted scout & assassin in vault. Changed.

The current favored option is to split up Dragonflies into 3 for LS Drags and 3 for the Rainbow.

Here are deck sketches.
