Member Roles

The following post serves three purposes.  It shows :

• which players will participate in the coming round if the team has less than 198 cards,
• the member role of each player for the coming round,
• which player is playing which team in the coming round, and

Member role descriptions:
General - General is the leader of the team who makes sure that other team members are doing their jobs and fighting their battles.  Generals should be aware of team absences, and if a team member is unable to fight a duel the General should coordinate a replacement.  General also communicates with Warmasters.

Lieutenant - Lieutenant is second in command.  The General may not assign this role to himself.  If one team member is unable to perform his or her duties, the Lieutenant is responsible for performing the job of that team member.  Lieutenants also act as liaison for the Support Team, submitting actions to the Warmasters.

Salvager - For every two rounds won by the Salvager position, the team earns one Relic.

Assassin - If the Assassin wins the battle the opposing team loses three random cards from their vault.

Scout - A Scout may post the name of two cards before the deckbuilding deadline each round.  If the Scout wins the battle, s/he learns the number of said cards that were in his/her opponent’s vault at the beginning of the round.

Strategist - Strategist makes sure that the team Vault is up-to-date at all times by building the initial vault, noting which decks the team uses each round, and listing cards salvaged and discarded, all at the team’s direction.  Because decks used, salvaged cards, and discards are all submitted using Google Docs, a War-experienced strategist proficient in Google Docs may be valuable to a team’s success.

Support Team - The Support Team helps to accumulate relics for the Main Team as well as protect what relics are already possessed.  Support Teams also are the very first place where a permanent substitute can be found for the Main Team.  Deckuilding for Support Teams can be very limited, so skilled players as well as communication with the team Lt. are vital to the success of both the Main and Support teams.

I think this is the order we want. Jenkar, could you put this in your original post? We likely need a different format, I haven't read into that much.

I put regen at 2 so he uses the Discord Bow against Darkness, as he has tested with that some. I'm at 3 because I would like to play Light. Silver is at 4 so he uses the Stall against Entropy, as he has tested the Stall some. Hyroen is at 5 because we want the extra ups in our LS Drags against Aether. However, if we decide to use Flying Titans against Aether, Hyro will go in spot 2 so we can use the extra ups in our rainbow against Darkness. We have our salvager in spot 6 because our game against Time is the one we feel most confident about (besides our Immo against Earth.)

This thread is neeeded per rules and is what WMs will check. I'll edit it. Other thread was for prelimary, position discussion.
