Way overpowered, and it feels out of sync with the rest of elements. As of now, elements works quite differently from other CCGs, because it doesn't really have creature types and permanent types the way other games have them. You can't play a card that makes it impossible for anybody's creatures to attack unless he has a spellcaster. This card is pushing the game in that direction. This card will single-handedly counter way too many decks, by my understanding of it. Fire shield and Spine carapace counter many decks, too, but they're much less specific. Cards with momentum or a lot of health can handle them, and you still take damage. Hope, the biggest damage-preventer of the day, is vulnerable to any mass-creature control, which includes many cards.
Wings is only vulnerable to your opponent having specific creatures. I hate that, because it's not about strategy anymore, it's about having particular creatures of certain types in your deck, and that's stupid to me. All the other cards affect other cards with a general attribute. Electrocuter affects cards with active abilities. This card is essentially asking the other player if he, for no particular reason, has certain cards in his deck. That's simply not fair to me. Dusk mantle and fog shield affect all creatures equally. All the other shields only differentiate between cards' health and attack, and I want it to stay this way. This deck single-handedly counters too many cards. I don't like that aspect to most card games. It shouldn't matter if you have a specific "genre" of cards in your deck, it should matter if you can deal with particular strategies. If you have a way to counter your opponent having lots of healing, or a gravity shield, or a lot of scarabs, etc.
I vote no, no, no, no, no to this card.
