Art and name is ok in my opinion.
The bad part is, that this card could completely destroy decks of several colors (e.g. Water, Earth), cause they have no flying creatures. I don´t know if the Phase Dragon is airborne, because it could move through the phase room or such things. Would be good, if every color had something airborne.

It´s a strong card, but perhaps not stronger than the gravity shield.



Flying weapons should be airborne, even if they are not ranged ( cause they fly and hit the opponent direktly )
And not airborne flying weapons would be ridiculous ( and cause many questions).

Let me list all the creatures that would work in each element

  - Dragons
  - Everything...
  - Dragons, Gargoyle
  - Vulture, Dragons
  - Dragons, Pulversizer
  - Dragons
  - Phoenix, Dragons, fire spirit
  - Charger, Dragons
  - Rustler, Dragons, forest spirit
  - Everything
  - Dragon, Scrab
  - Dragon

That assumes nymphs dont work, i think they should!
And now if you think about the number of useful creature vs creatures that work, then its not too bad
Also flying weapons clearly fly
And there are steal and momentum to get rid of it, just like a dimensional shield
All dragons shoudl fly too, all of them, to make this card fairer

I think a nerf will be block 4-5 damage if the thing dont have flying, thats fair, powerful but fair I think. Dragons still do full damage, while things like life rusher will have their damage massively reduced....

And please remove RANGED weapon

The Stone Dragon and the Devonian Dragon and the Ice Dragon have no wings - as I see. Ranged weapon could only be useful, if the weapon in the weapon slot is blocked by the shield, except for OE.

Gargoyle, Maxwell´s Demon and Scarabs can fly, too. (If you look at the pictures)

Maybe all airborne creatures should be immune to Flood as well? 

Maybe add another passive ability called Waterborne/Swinning/whatever, just to tag everything correctly.

In other words, one of these nerfs:
-If you have Wings as your shield and a non-ranged weapon, it does no damage.
-All weapons can deal damage through Wings.

The Stone Dragon and the Devonian Dragon and the Ice Dragon have no wings - as I see.

Look closely and you'll see Devonian Dragons have wings (tucked on his side, their ends are pink). For Stone Dragons, I guess these spikes on their sides are in fact their wings.

As for Ice Dragon, some dragons in Elements look similar to Chinese/Japanese dragons and these dragons can fly without wings. Eg. Phase Dragon, Black Dragon (even though he has wings), Ice Dragon. Generally if a dragon has a body resembling a snake more than a lizard, it is probably inspired by Eastern dragons rather than Western ones.

I meant that either the flying Elemental does not attack at all if he is using a melee weapon (first option) or he is attacking by swooping down (second option).
Making it a choice for the player would of course slow down the game and complicate it because you don't literally retaliate the moment you are attacked, but it should represent that...
So that's why I think it should be nerfed in one of these ways (chosen by Zanz) rather than a choice each turn.

I dont like the timer on this shield. If you did have a timer, it would have to be about 5 turns imo, otherwise, why not use phase shield? I like the idea of it having an upkeep, thats a great idea imo, and makes sense. The wings arent natural, so it constantly needs power being applied to it.

And, I like it. It gives dragons more use in this game, which I think was badly needed.

Im curious. Why did you include Fire Spirits, but not forest spirits?

i see some possible synergy with pandemonium block damage with wings lol and then use pandemonium(gah i hate spelling that )to possibly clear up creatures that get past
