This is so simple it's probably been done, but I've been ripping through Bronze and AI3 with this and thought I'd try and share it.

A modified version of this also performed pretty well in Silver Arena. The only problem is how many Owl's Eyes it requires, but if you have them it's well worth it. Owl's Eyes and Unstable Gases work together for CC and damage. The Blue Nymph isn't necessary, but helpful; I'd add another one if I had one.

Do you have enough quanta to play everything? OE's ability is pretty expensive

You have to be judicious. I try to kill as many low-HP creatures with unstable gases as I can and save the Owl's Eye for the big things. When that fails, the thunderstorms help make up the difference.
