Pillarless air. Who would have thought it was possible before 1.27?
Damsels for air quanta
Fireflies for fire for UGs
Ugs for damage and some CC
Nymphs for moar Ugs

I dunno... While the concept of a pillarless, nova/immo-less deck is very appealing, the problem lies in its obviously fragile frame. Between bad draws and vulnerability to any form of creature control, I'd say you need at least some towers.

yeah but then if they survive your damselfly death induced wrath then you're at the disadvantage of having no supply of air quanta whatsoever and all your creatures dead. nice idea though it is, i think pillars and pendulums are a much more steady and reliable source of quanta. maybe in the future new options will pop up but atm it's not much of an option.

My point was that despite it being heavily situational (like most CC), it can still be used.  To say it can never be used as CC is a lie.

There's no doubt about it:  Pillars and Pendulums would increase your winrate dramatically.  Damselflies are far too frail for them be consistent in this type of set up.  It's like picturing a RoL/Hope without Fractal.  Without the Fractals it's significantly more difficult keeping the RoL on the field.  In this case, one of these guys gets fried and you're going to have a hard time recovering.

This looks like it will get into some serious quanta issues. Damselflies aren't exactly difficult to get rid of, and you have some pretty expensive cards in there.

Blue Nymphs at 8 aren't exactly cheap. Damselflies will not get much of that deck out sufficiently fast. Not to mention the Elite Fireflies have to come out if you want the other half of your deck to work.

Seems like a tricky setup, under-fueled, but it's a nice gimmick deck for Air. ^_^

Don't mind me. Just digging through mono air decks as I won an air tower from a half blood. This deck looks way to expensive. Only four damselflies powering 3 nymphs 2EE, and 6 UG? Your QI for is 18.17. WAYYYYYY too low.

Any for of CC and you will lose. I don't evan think it has enough quanta to work.

I've been playing around with a gasbow that uses dragonflies for air quanta.  One crushing weakness that my deck had was that fire storm, lightning storm, spine carapace, and fire buckler absolutely crippled my deck.  Your build has the same vulnerability.  That being said, it's a really creative deck and I love the pillarless twist on air.

I don't think you really need nymphs in there since blowing up one UG means that all your quanta generation on the field die and two means that all your creature on the field die.
