Definitely bump them.
Fractal should be at as high as possible too.
Basically, late game we lose so much of our vault that it boils down to this:
If what we salvage is cheap enough, we can Fractal it.
If it's too expensive for fractal, it can be PUed.
If we can't do either, we stick in DimShields and it becomes a stall.
They are THE MOST important cards. So long as we have them in our vault, we can literally make a deck out of just about anything. 24 of each is ideal, and should be considered a priority.
Dragons are another Higher priority card, we should take a few more of those too.
I don't think we need so many pillars/pends, with 24 card converting (Double last War) we can afford to take much less, because of overlapping decks. If we bring it down to like 85-90 that gives us a whole 30ish extra cards to work with.
Since we have bare minimum already, I would suggest probably adding another Devtal, (6 devourers is all we need for that).
While generic, it's one of our most powerful decks and it's good to prolong it's use as much as possible.
