Time's likely deck choice:

- Scarabtal with Novas + splash (EQ, Purify, Deflag, Fog, RT, Eternity)

At worst, they could have been hiding 3 Graboids (highly unlikely, though) and can do another EQ Novagrabby with Scarabs and rainbow splash cards.

We'll still have to wait for Kael's ruling on Jen's illegal deck, since if there's no additional penalty, they get to save 1 card from their losing deck. Kael should be giving them an illegal deck penalty, so they lose another 6 cards (likely bonus Pends). If they get a second penalty (late deck edit, etc.), then Time is out of the game.
