Aight, this is something that hurts every team for a number of different reasons.
Firstly, I would like to request that when a Duel Organizer is selected that:
1) The Organizer begins a topic each round where each team member is able to post when exactly they will be completing their duel. This might be mandatory already, but I'm not sure.
2) That
everyone actually posts when their duels will take place on that thread. Last War ticked me off because some players failed to communicate when they had scheduled their matches and then got pissed off when someone had to substitute for them because there was a grave possibility of them not showing up for their matches at all. Basically, we're a nice happy family, let's keep the drama to a minimum

3) Obviously, in order to arrange match times we'll need different forms of communication. If you can't seem to catch your opponent on chat, then please PM them asking when they are available.
4) In the event that your opponent fails to respond in time, you may need to present proof that you actually took the initiative to settle the match (sad, but unfortunately true). For those sending PMs to their opponents, there is a check box below the PM message box for saving a copy of the Sent Message for purposes such as this; make sure to check it off before sending the message. If you've arranged your match via chat, either take a screenshot of your chat conversation, or copy and paste the entire message from chat somewhere safe (or onto the Duel Organizer thread created each round to make things simple).
Sorry if I'm going a bit "too military" here, but I really want to take care of loose ends to give us the greatest advantage possible in the war. Substituting for matches, illegal decks, or just not showing up for matches period will limit how far we are able to proceed into the later rounds of the war. Also, above all else, we need to emphasize
TEAMWORK.
