I honestly don't think the dissipation field is stable enough to work. The Fractal mummy looks the best imo, but if we can get it working, they obviously are not going to expect the dissipation field.
At best, this deck idea is something to work on for the next War. Though it would certainly be unexpected, it's not stable enough to send icb out with it this round. It has a fatal flaw of fractal (wipes out quanta) vs diss shield (needs as much quanta as possible.) If you don't draw fractal and use it on devourer early, you "waste" large amounts of

quanta which makes the shield vulnerable to being wiped out as soon as it's played. Also, the

decks seem to pack ~2 deflags per deck, so the shield could be wiped out as soon as it's played with no benefit to us.

I would love to have made this work. Maybe next War.
On a separate note, they may think we're out of fractals too, so that may be a surprise too.
