Unsurprisingly from the lack of response, Air cancelled our deal today. As it is, I'm inclined to leave our matches as is. I don't really feel like we can field two good decks against Time.

If we were to make a Discord duo it would have no defence because when you send a Discord duo, you bet everything on the denial slowing your opponent down so you can rush them. In other words, you're aiming for a Mono/Duo. Packing less offence nullifies that advantage that you were taking your chance on. Without Recluses in an Lt. or Gen. deck, we can't field a good one at this point.

As such, I'd go with salvaging 4-5 Frogs and then gather all the Aether cards we can.

Then mind if Torb still wanna switch deck?  If anyone catches up with him, ask him to make the swap... I will go with MA anyway.  But For that, we must believe they will avoid a big stall or poison dial, which I kinda do because both deck would lose against steals.  Plus I will laugh at eterneties and return time!

Total of 35. Vault has 10 pillars and 25 pendulums atm.
Vault has 13 pillars and 23 pendulums atm.

With this vault, apart from Higs' graboid and mrpaper's MA decks, we can build;
- Bonebolt with fractal mummies
- Fractal frogs
- Another MA
- Fractix

Arsenic might go to Eva if she should run Mummytal. If Life doesn't have PC or any way to deal with Fractal Frogs (Discord doesn't count if they don't have PC), we should go with that, using Dims.

Okay, they have Dims to deal with Frogs. Although we don't know if they traded their matchup with us (quite possible considering their ineffectiveness against us), we can go with Mummytal with the Poisons we have (4). One Mummy is upped to give access to a better target in a drawn-out game against any element.

We can also risk a Fractix. It's inconsistent with only three MP's, but potent nonetheless, and Deflags deal with Dims much better than Poison since Life has Staffs for healing. However, I don't think it's as versatile as Mummytal in case they've switched matchup.

I don't think they saved fire cards. They will likely use light duo or aether duo against us. One of them healsalot, the other stallsalot.

Seems like a dumb idea to stall Aether without denial. I wouldn't be surprised at another Discord duo, especially as they can salvage a lot of Discords. That puts Mummytal up for the lead due to superior stamina. However, we should probably put 14 pends in it, in that case.

We will soon see how it goes, but since gravity tried to switch to face me with they're general, I'm glad I didn't go there with my tons of DS and the probable chargers!

I just won which is great news but I gotta say I am really wondering about something.... inthisroom told me he KNEW he would face me and they build the deck accordingly, so somebody didn't kept privacy... I don't know if it's a mistake from one of us or from darkness but I believe it needs some investigation inside the team 1st... and I (or Higs) might ask for  a major penalty to another team if they cheated.

After 1-2 hours into duel phase, warmasters weren't around to post the updated matchups and teams were telling each other who switched with whom in order to start duels. So i also said that aether didn't change (at that time, higs was on the chat too). But this was hours after deckbuilding phase ended, so they shouldn't have been able to alter their decks. If he was refering to that and still changed the deck, they should get a penalty. Otherwise, I can't imagine an aether member telling our matchup on the deckbuilding phase.

No, he knew this and was giving this deck accordingly ... not that crazy to put tons of deflag against a surprise aether deck!  onthisroom told me he was mad about it because he wanted gotp/nightmare but it was changed accordingly... I have the whole chat if you wish.

With this confusing event card, misunderstandings are unavoidable. It's different having a strong feeling about a deck and different thing actually knowing who's your opponent. I'm not sure though there would be any penalties if someone leaked information except vault?
