Sorta. SG posted 25 of them and said they'd use 24. However, they weren't final at that point; some of them were going to be tweaked by Warmasters and SG. Quite a lot too, in some cases.

Okay.  If the Event Card does get changed then I might go to war with all 7 other teams so I need to get my facts straight before I attempt to pull a Sir Valimont :>

Round 7 Event card is HUGE for us!

No matter what, we need to add 6 cards to each of our "posted" decks. They can be useful cards, or they can be junk.

If junk cards, go ahead and play your match early, and if you lose, at least we can salvage 6 valuable cards.

If useful cards, might want to wait as long as possible to duel because the more we know about what our opponents have already used, the better chance we have of tweaking our deck to being a harder counter.

Yeah this event card is a lot of fun, but it really rewards waiting until the last minute to play your match, which is... not great.

While it could be interesting to use this event card on off-element pends, it might be better to use them all on aether pends unless certain decks need more off-element pends.

General's Sacrifice:
During Deckbuilding, the
General may use his/her
upgrades on any of his/her
teams decks.

I don't really know how/if we should use this. Regardless, I think fire may transfer their upgrades between majofa and gavsword. So we need to prepare against fractix variations as well. Not sure if death will try to split the ups between MrBlonde and xn0ize.

well, it's kind of up to Higs, but we may not want to use 6 upped cards against UW.

majofa will be more likely to use Fractix now that he can get more than just 3 Minor Phoenixes in his deck -- transferring just 2 upgrades from Napalm to him will increase its efficiency dramatically.

The SS/EQ stall greatly benefits from upgrading to Diamond Shield, and Blonde has the option of handing 2 upgrades to xn0ize. We'll have to prepare for that deck from both of them.

EQ grabby PU with 2x momentum - might be susceptible to other decks (fire duo)?
devtal with wide pill/pend split and min of 3 steals - plague still hurts here
firestall - EQ + SS might kind of kill that though
sanc stall with min of 42 cards - might be susceptible to other decks?

This gives mono-Aether a bit of an edge in the damage-reduction category. Unfortunately, we don't have enough off-element Pillars/Pends to make splash decks that just have an Aether mark.
