I do not think this topic is really needed, it doesn't say anything about creating topic under the member roles :
Duel Organizer
You are in charge of all team duels happening during a round. If it's starting too look like one or more team members are unable to fight their duels, you need to inform your team General and Substitute.

I will make sure that everyone finish their matches in time by PMs.

Artagas told me that he is preparing for his match, but Tinkady is not responding on my PM, we might need a sub.
I guess the rest of you are all preparing for your matches, I am just not sure will ICB be ready - I think he said he will play this round.

I pmed brettstock (tinkadys opp) that tinkady is unable to play, so if any of you see him online play vs him.
I PMed him that I will sub, but any of you can do it if you see him, it makes no diference since tinkady is substite by default.
