i don't think it's OP, keep in mind that aether is the slowest element at dealing dmg, if u got a fast enough deck, u can still come back

If you replace 6xsilence, with 6xsundial, then you'd be correct. Getting 6 turns of attacks stopped with this would mean you'd have to draw all those within first 5 turns.

The biggest problem I could see with this card is using it in control deck, for example:
1 Malignant Cell * 5 Silence = 1 M.C *2*2*2*2*2 = 32 Malignant Cells > 23 creature slots  :-X

I think you need to review your basic logic there, joaopcl.  Devourer denies quanta, preventing people from casting.  Silence prevents people from casting regardless of their quanta.  The two don't just not work well together, they're completely redundant.  One or the other would be a waste of space if the other were working properly.
I disagree... 8) Stalling them for the 1st few rounds to set up devourers stalls them for another few rounds. Though nightmare IS redundant...

I think that this card can support poison stall decks - as they can't cleanse themselves even if they have the card. Kinda weak - but counters the counter.
