okay, replace the phrase "stepping on toes" with "being redundant"   its cost and atk could be boosted to 7 atk basic and 9 atk upped, with the cost being 7? something similar to ghost of the past, i suppose, and while the atk would be similar to the phase dragon, it would be significantly cheaper and not immaterial.  i dunno, i guess its hard to find a unfilled slot in aether at the moment, so it may be redundant no matter what.

Interesting indirect buff to  and  , for the wars...
 's jade shield now becomes a bit more useful, as reflecting  's shiny new attacker back on it makes for a neat counter. Same goes for  's mirror shield, which somewhat lost power due to bolting being less of a viable strategy due to the quanta nerf.

Anyway, I really like Psion. Until now the only Spell Damage were Bolts, Siphon, and Shockwave, Cata (and ~poison), each usable only once. As has been said , now with repeatable Spell Damage the Jade and Mirror Shield really get at least a bit more useful. Though I don't think Psion will be played much for a long time. However I'm happy that has received a new not immortal creature, so you can boost it better and you can have a new TU target with more HP when playing mono.

just means those random mono aether vs mono aether matches will take 8 turns instead of 16.
