I say, this is a gamebreaking card. And it´s OP in my opinion.
Using it is fun,though.

I fail to see how it is OP at all.  You make a copy of your opponent's card which, unless you prepared for the quanta or you draw a pillar, you cannot use.

i kind of agree with you while testing this card i had 4 mind gates in my field used them and got 4 phase shildes

Besides increasing the ability cost like I said earlier, this card isn't exactly game breaking, at least that I found.

The only problem is if your opponent has perm control.  If any Deflags are present, you lose.

I'm trying it in an anti-FG deck. Sixty cards of mostly stalling. Looks promising.

This card is just amazing, although I don't see it as OP.

It's very fun to use, like others in this thread have already commented on. But a little note to Jelly, if you honestly want to copy a creature, just use TU, as the Duality+RT combo is an extra card for less bonus (Unless of course you get multiple copies, but you've still got to pay for them all) but that may be offset by the fact that RT provides control as well.

A little side note: If a deck with Mind Gate comes up against a mono-Aether with less cards (Or one that lost the coin toss) it'll win because it has more shields.

I need to test this card out some more though, like Dema said it could go in well with stalling FG decks, they usually have useful cards (Getting Purify against Scorpio would be nice, or a few Firestorms on Eternal Phoenix/Graviton).

Exactly.  Rewinding a card just to copy it seems very inefficient when you have TU and Fractal available in Aether.

About the card art--it looks like it has some kind of watermark in the middle, or is that just part of its glitz?

With 6 Mind Gate, it is actually copying the whole deck of opponent
you draw what he draws, but with multiple copies
and you can play those cards by copying their towers
