Just so you know, Zanz somtimes nerfs or buffs based on usage regardless of Power level. If fractal has a draw value that is stupidly high then zanz might have increased its cost to reduce its usage. It happend with Steal, it happend with SoG, it happened with Sundial. Mind you I would have prefered Sundial had its base version cost increased and upped version hasten value increased and the in/out values be 3/2 rather than the reduction of the ability to 1 turn.

It happened with Steal, it happened with Firefly Queen, it happened with Pulvy.

Fix'd

SoG, according to Zanz at least, was nerfed because he didn't know why it wasn't 3 in the first place, since the other Shards were less used and were still more expensive.

Sundial was just broken, no matter how you looked at it.  It was the best card to use in every format of the game, and, even if it was more expensive, it would still have the two-turn stall, which is devastating against every rush.

The Elements community has not been overrun by fractal decks.  This cost increase is unwarranted.

(spoken) But if anything can be fractaled, doesn't that make this song really pointless?  Shouldn't you just sing a song about what you can't fractal?

As much as that was utterly Bad F***ing Ass, it's unfortunately kind of missing the point.  I just played 3.5 hours of straight PVP2, and I saw exactly 1 Fractal deck.  Maybe that's wierd, but I think it's pretty normal -- which is the point.

agreed, also, i think fractal should only be nerfed to 9 cost upped 10 cost unnupped.
